Running side effect aggregates gives error about not being able to find lookup/snomed-like_codes_sample

Side effect component has dictionary lookup descriptors that need updating.
For example,  still have
<fileUrl>file:lookup/snomed-like_codes_sample</fileUrl>
instead of
<fileUrl>file:org/apache/ctakes/dictionary/lookup/snomed-like_codes_sample</fileUrl>
