Resigning from the mentorship position

Hi!

effective immediately, I'm resigning as a mentor of Apache Pinot (incubating).

Unfortunately the events in personal life and @work conspired to not
make available to help y'all on your journey through the Apache
Incubator anymore.

Still wish you the best and I hope our paths will cross again soon!
