Invalid ConnectionHandler

I get an Invalid ConnectionHandler exception when I start tomcat.  I've attached a screen dump of
the exact error.  I am running version tomcat v3.1 with Apache Web Server 1.3 under win32.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
