Proposal to Join the Apache Juneau Project

Dear Sir/Madam,
Pls., kindly accept me to be part of the team to contribute to the Juneau
Project. I'm currently on the initial application stage with Outreachy and
I'm currently using Java.

I need a mentor and a procedure on how to proceed.
