## Bug
`chatStream` reads `localStorage` directly while building the SSE request. Browsers can throw `SecurityError` for storage access in restricted, sandboxed, or privacy-hardened contexts. The exception occurs before `fetch`, so AI chat fails even though an unauthenticated request could still reach the server.
## Expected behavior
Use the existing safe auth-session reader and omit the Authorization header when no token can be read. Add a regression test where storage throws.
