There is a replacement; see http://www.completewhois.com/bogons/bogons_usage.htm.
The invalidipwhois.dnsiplists.completewhois.com list is based off of
the ipwhois.rfc-ignorant.org data. The other dnsiplists.completewhois.com
lists may be of use; insufficient data as yet.
