mod_svn
Hello, I was giving access to a sun sparc system with Solaris 8 on it to
install Subversion and I've had a few problems,
The only problem that I haven't been able to resolve is mod_svn
When I got the system it already had apache2 installed, so I installed the
Berkeley DB and Subversion but when I look at the loaded modules for Apache
mod_dav_svn isn't there.
So I check the modules folder to see if I just need to add a line to the
config file, the module isn't there either.
I checked the source of subversion that I downloaded and installed and the
source for the mod_dav_svn is in there but the are only *.c files in the
folder.
What I need is a *.so file to load the module.
Any idea what I can do to get that module loaded?
Or do I need to reinstall everything?
Thanks for your help,
Damn redhat makes this too easy!, I wish Solaris used rpm's

mod_svn should be compiled with the rest of Subversion. And it
works (at least the latest revisions of Subversion from trunk).

Try to check "modules" directory of Apache. Besides, you may
have built Apache without shared objects support. Could you send
you cofigure settings for both Apache and Subversion.
