2.0 release branch in this weekend

Dear developers,

I'm planning to fork a 2.0 release branch in this weekend. The master
branch has been very stable recently. A latest commit
<https://github.com/apache/kylin/commit/7129ea650e757d6c50a81823760c45734688cfd2>
caused some issue and is being fixed.

Anything you want rush into 2.0 release, please catch the time window and
be very careful at the same time.

The release branch "2.0.x" is out. You can build a package off it and test.

For ease of test, I build a beta2 package that you can directly download
and try. Feedback is more than welcome. If no show stopper is reported, a
formal release will be in 2 weeks.
