Currently we can pass existent service accounts to the create node method (https://github.com/apache/libcloud/blob/trunk/libcloud/compute/drivers/gce.py#L3756) But ideally we want to manage service accounts creation itself through the same api by adding a create_service_account method for example.
Please let me know if this is a possible feature then I can probably take a stab at implementing it and creating a PR.
