Added: maven-core/docs/apt maven-alpha-release-criteria.apt
Log:
o removed from the wiki and added here as an apt doc
o there will be a tool for editing apt docs shortly but this is a document
that I want to control and when the wiki is opened up fully I don't want
users thinking they can add in criteria.
