[DISCUSS] Dubbo new website detailed design

Hi,

The community has reached consensus[1] to have a new website.

Now let's discuss what should be in the new website.

The initial design:

### Top navigation bar

* Home: link to home page
* Docs:  link to documentation page
* Blog: link to blog page
* Community: link to the community page

### Homepage

* Brief Introduction to Dubbo
* Dubbo Architecture
* Feature list
* Quick start
* Who is using Dubbo

### Documentation

* user docs
* developer docs
* admin docs
* navigation bar on the left

### Blogs

The blogs should have:
* community news
* features introduction
* detailed source code analysis
* articles from the community


### Community

* Eco-system, e.g. multi-language clients, extensions in
Serialization/Transport/Protocol/... layer
* How to reach the community
* How to contribute to the the community

### Footer

* Apache Disclaimer and feather logo
* Some important links
* Apache copyright notice.

### Others

* It should be able to switch between Chinese/English versions

Any comments are welcome.

I think these three parts are what the current version is in desperate need. This can be a good window for us to regularly publish some series of articles on how to use Dubbo or how Dubbo works.
