multibyte-JSP-URL-path problem for Tomcat 3.3 dev

Hi,

I have just now succeeded to use URL-paths

    http//localhost:8080/examples/jspXXXX/index.jsp
    http//localhost:8080/examples/jspXXXX/YYYY-index.jsp
    http//localhost:8080/examples/%6aspXXXX/YYYY-index.jsp
    http//localhost:8080/examples/jspXXXX/YYYY%b0%a1-index.jsp
    (XXXX, YYYY means multibyte characters)

for Tomcat 3.3 dev 2000/08/18.
To do so, many patches are needed.

Are there anybody interested in such a multibyte-JSP-URL-path problem ?
