Annotator and Analysis Engine Guide has "Other Examples" section that mentions a CAS Consumer

I think Marshall put this in... but it seems misplaced and maybe
belongs in the CPE Developer's Guide?  Do you agree?

Yes, I put it in, thinking that users that navigate to the examples 
directory would see these and want a short description.  I'm OK with it 
moving though.
