   @nssalian Thanks for submitting this change. @miR172 from our team has also started working on refactoring our code #3177 to apply on top of existing JdbcImpl  based on the comments on that draft PR. It would be great if we can coordinate and split the work effectively. I would like to avoid duplicate work and waste of engineering efforts. Is it ok for us to send you a meeting so we can sync up on each end?
