Issue tracking (was Re: DO NOT REPLY [Bug 20787] - Jelly project.xml specifies dependencies that are not in Ibiblio repository)

Someone should probalby shut down the jelly bugzilla, since
I believe folks are using Jira for all of the jellybugs...

I've got admin rights on Bugzilla ... just give me a holler when you've
got everything cleaned out and I'll delete that category.  You'll lose the
bugs themselves as well, but it doesn't sound like you're using Bugzilla
for that anyway.

yup, i'm just trying to clear out the issues (2 maybe 3 left).. most 
people are good about using JIRA :)

thing is, how to go about closing it?
