Cocoon and jwsdp-1.1

Has anyone had success getting Cocoon 2.0.4 to work with jwsdp-1.1?
I'm running Windows 2K with JDK 1.4.

jwsdp-1.1 includes Tomcat 4.1.2, jaxp-1.2.2 and its own set of
endorsed files.

I get the following error when trying to run the tutorial:

http://localhost:8080/cocoon/tutorial/results-dept.html
