Fresh 2.0.4 requires clean-all
Hi,
It seems that downloading a fresh 2.0.4 and running a build results in:
> /home/vik/Desktop/apache-lenya-2.0.4-src/src/targets/init-build.xml:82: It
> seems that your externals/cocoon_2_1_x/local.blocks.properties is NOT

Has anyone else noticed this?

In 2.0.3 this file seems to get created after running ./build.sh - but
not in 2.0.4.
Will take a look at why.

externals/cocoon_2_1_x/local.blocks.properties is missing in the tarballs.
Strange: I've just verified that a freshly created tarballs contains this file.

I can confirm that it does that to me as well. I don't remember it doing
that in the past though.
