Dmitriy,

Proposing patches for Shiro is not so easy for me, so I prefer to save my efforts and focus on something more global : http://www.pac4j.org.

So you have this CAS proxy support using the buji-pac4j and pac4j-cas libraries : please let me know if it works properly...
