No, the doneMaterialization is set at 9:50 after just the first and only materialization. And after the action at 10:30 finishes, the status of the action will be updated right after it's in terminal state. StatusTransitService will pick the newly updated action and find its parent coordJob. The coordJob status will be updated right after 10:30.
