Note: if support check header in pre-commit, need to:
+ Only check staged files.
+ Distinguish files that not need or can not add headers, such as,
+ `json`,
+ `md`,
+ `license files itself`,
+ `.xxx` file., including `.xxxconfig`, `.xxxignore`, ...
+ ...
