Early-bird registration extended

Because of the technical problems which took down the online
registration site for several hours on Friday, we've decided
to extend the early-bird period for one more day.

You can continue to register at the early-bird price (a US$225
savings) until 5:00PM EST Monday, 7 February 2000.  After
that, the normal registration prices will go into effect.

Please accept our apologies for the difficulties, and our
thanks for your patience!
