   ### What happened
   
   The `gitextractor` plugin does not collect any remote branches.
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   Both local and remote branches should be collected.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   1. set up DevLake
   2. trigger `gitextractor`, collecting data from a git repository
   3. check the `refs` table, only the local branches were collected 
   
   ### Anything else
