When users are creating experiments, based on the application, gateway admin might need to provide instructions on how to construct the input file, or provide the required compute resource properties.

This feature is to be able to add a instruction link, or text at create experiment level. This could be an external clickable link or simple text. This to appear in create experiment below Project and right above application input section.

 

This could be at application level, may be we can add this section to application interface.

This requirement came from MIGA gateway, but other gateways will also benefit.
