+1 (checked signature and checksum, built from source against proton
0.37.0 candidate, ran all tests[1], installed and ran selected python
and cpp examples against it)

[1] I get a failure in the python checker for 3.8 as I am on 3.6, but
otherwise everything passed.

Built against Proton 0.37.0-rc2

Ran two tests : AMQP, 1 sender-receiver pair and 10 sender-receiver pairs.
(Routers on separate boxes connected by high-speed link).

0.75 Gbps, and 2.55 Gbps

Results similar to yesterday -- slightly better than release 1.18.0 .

Checked things out as follows:
- Verified the signature + checksum files.
- Checked for LICENCE + NOTICE files present in the archive.
- Ran mvn apache-rat:check to verify the source licence headers.
- Built against Proton 0.37.0 RC2 and ran the tests, passed.
- Ran the Qpid JMS main HelloWorld example against the installed router.

(I would have included DISPATCH-2336 as well though, given it doesnt
touch the actual router and was fixing things that are already broken
otherwise.)

* Compiled on Fedora 35 against the latest Proton 0.37.0 RC2 and ran all
dispatch tests.

The python-checker failed with the following error -

I reran the python-checker after deleting

and it passed.
