[I] Reduce redundant config lookups and minor FSView optimizations [hudi]
hudi-bot opened a new issue, #17192:

Reduce overhead in FSView and MDT queries by avoiding unnecessary config lookups and expensive operations. Improvements include:
* Skip file format inspection when building file groups.
* Review and optimize {{isLogFile}} regex for performance.
* Cache {{tableVersion}} (and similar configs) in {{AbstractTableFileSystemView}} to prevent repeated config reads.
