Subversion 1.7.8 released

I'm happy to announce the release of Apache Subversion 1.7.8.

Got it It works will with the SRPM building materials I've published
previously at http://github.com/nkadel/, but that's down for
maintenance. I'll update it ASAP.

Note also that the "mock" toolkit I used for building these packages
for RHEL 4 and RHEL 4 based operatins sytems has discarded support for
RHEL 4, so any of you RHEL 4 or CentOS 4 or Scientific Linux users may
have an adventurous upgrade path to get the your old configurations
*into* a modern Subversion format, especially if you have CIFS or NFS
shared Subversion repositories that you want to share with the old
Subversion 1.4.x that is on RHEL 4.
