   Add a Traffic Monitor uptime time and/or start timestamp API, and add to the HTML UI.
   
   This will make it easier to debug, to know if someone else has restarted the monitor, or if the SystemD service restarted it. This will also make it easier for operators to know at a glance if there are recent or ongoing problems requiring restarts.
   
   This should be easy to add, it's a trivial endpoint and a few lines of js/html.
