Steps:
1. Generate some entitities (generate these using quick_start.py)
2. In the left hand side panel, go to 'other_types', then select '_ALL_ENTITIES'
3. After the search loads, edit the Page Limit to a smaller number

You will see that the Left and Right buttons get disabled.
