+Blog posts live under `blog/`, with author profiles in `blog/authors.yml`. Store author avatars in `static/avatars/` and reference them with a root-relative `image_url`, such as `/avatars/nanami.png`. Serving avatars from the site keeps them compatible with the [ASF Content Security Policy](https://infra.apache.org/csp.html), which blocks external images such as GitHub avatars. To update an avatar, replace its local file.
