[jira] [Updated] (AMQ-9560) Replace JDK_JAVA_OPTIONS usage in wrapper.conf for JPMS

Paul Gale updated AMQ-9560:
---------------------------
    Description:
Do not use the *JDK_JAVA_OPTIONS* env variable to define Java Platform Module System (JPMS) parameters. Use the wrappers *wrapper.java.additional.x* method instead.

Defining JVM arguments using *JDK_JAVA_OPTIONS* (or any other env variable) is inconsistent with the existing method provided by the wrapper. Consistency eases maintenance and minimizes bugs from misconfiguration. Keep all JVM arguments defined using the parameters {*}wrapper.java.additional.x{*}.
