Jane Chan commented on FLINK-21045:
-----------------------------------
Hi [~jark], [~nicholasjiang], I quickly went through [FLIP-68|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP-68%3A+Extend+Core+Table+System+with+Pluggable+Modules] and noticed it has mentioned supporting SQL syntax {{`LOAD/UNLOAD MODULE name [...]`}} and corresponding method behavior. However, I cannot find further info about why we didn't implement it. Did I miss something, or is there any concern or disagreement that needs further discussion? I'd like to take this task and wonder how can I help make this go further?

> At present, Flink SQL doesn't support the 'load module' and 'unload module' SQL syntax. It's necessary for uses in the situation that users load and unload user-defined module through table api or sql client.
