Log:
First part of merged patch from AXIS2-750
Supports reading wsaw:Action from WSDL or DefaultActionPattern (WSDL1.1 only) if action
not specified in other way. Support for output/fault actions in services.xml to follow shortly.
Includes new unit tests for WSDL helpers. All unit tests pass locally
