After I set CORDOVA_ANDROID_GRADLE_DISTRIBUTION_URL env  starting with /, `cordova build` print error, and it shows that cordova read gradle path as '$project/platforms/android/gradle/wrapper$CORDOVA_ANDROID_GRADLE_DISTRIBUTION_URL'. So it treat this url starting with / a relative path.
