Xuanwo opened a new issue, #2349:

Our docs build is very long for now, we need to build different languages' docs one by one. It's better to split them into different jobs so that they can run concurrently.
For example:
- build rust
- build java
- build python
- build nodejs
And finally, we can compose them together.

If we separate them into different job, we need to convey build result via upload/download artifacts. Do we really need such improvement?

Yes, so we can split them which can drop the total time from 21m to 13m. Please note, every binding will build rust part by themselves.
