date/time conversion on hudson server

has anybody an idea why date/time conversion on our hudson server
works different than on my windows box? Is there any know
incompatibility across different OSes?

I guess it is something with the system timezome/locale.
I'll play with these tomorrow to see whether I can reproduce it.
Since a few days the build passes locally with both JDK 1.5 and 1.6.

Yesterday two builds at Hudson passed [1] and then it started failing again
...
