The error occurs on 187 of ExperimentController.php:

$owner[$sharedExperimentOwner] = $users[$sharedExperimentOwner];

The problem is that the owner should be defined as one of the users, but the owner isn't listed as one of the users.  This seems like a problem with the sharing registry migration.
