document treatment

Hi,
Still a newbie;
I've got a form withe a textarea, and the user can fill it as an xml
document.
I'd like this document to be treated by cocoon so that for example, codes
like <mysql table="cib" col="1">hello</mysql> is inserted in the database,
and so on .
Can someone tell me where in the documentation I must look for tutorial on
this. I've well read the form validation, but it's not that, it's a
treatment.
Thanks for any help.
