### Description
The performance of the API `org.apache.dolphinscheduler.dao.mapper.TaskInstanceMapper#queryTaskInstanceListPaging` is too poor.
In it's **_MyBatis SQL_**, `t_ds_task_definition_log` and `t_ds_task_instance` are full table scans. When the amount of data is huge, the interface takes more than seconds to return.
