Welcome Reza Naghibi (rezan) as our new DeviceMap committer and PPMC member!

Hi,

The DeviceMap PPMC has elected Reza as a DeviceMap committer and PPMC
member - please join me in welcoming Reza to this new role!

Reza, an old Apache tradition says that you're welcome to introduce
yourself here as far as your work on DeviceMap is concerned, feel free
to do so.

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/devicemap/ should be setup
already.

Awesome news! I would be very happy to contribute user agent strings that
are not yet detected by DeviceMap. If we could setup a flow by which to
submit new useragent strings and the automatic generation of the xml files
that would be very very useful.

A bit about me, been writing software for a little less than 20 years now, 10+ years in the industry. I specialize in search, databases, real time systems, high performance, etc, but I also do a large amount of J2EE, Javascript, HTML, and CSS. In the last few years I've started getting into pattern matching and recently vision processing (think Siri, Google glass, etc).

So I would like to resume working on the UI for device map. I would like to get an interface which will run user agents thru the different device map APIs and maybe even a workflow to report problems or new devices. If anyone would like to help me out with this, let me know (J2EE, Javascript, HTML, CSS).
