Simple Scheduler stop operation

Hi Tammo, Sathwik,

In the SimpleScheduler stop operation, the executor service is not stopped.
This can cause issues when shutting down an ode instance which has active
process instance jobs such as timer jobs. What is the correct approach to
solve this.
