   I just downloaded the source package from http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/royale/0.9.7/apache-royale-0.9.7-src.tar.gz.  I grep'd for '0\.9\.8' and there were no hits. (lots of hits for '0\.9\.7').  Can you provide us with more detail on what you found?  In that package, the royale-compiler README did not contain the word 'utils'
