Logout does not work with RangerSSOAuthenticationFilter (tested with Knox). There are two issues that I can see:

a) Logging out while the token is still valid (30s by default from Knox) just logs the user back in again
b) Logging out while the token is invalid (expired) redirects the user to the user profile page.
