compiling webapp/APR

I have downloaded mod_webapp from cvs, did the ./buildconf thing
as well as
./configure  --enable-dso  --enable-other-child --disable-ipv6

on my redhat 7.3 box.


I get this error from make:

any idea what I am doing wrong?

This is the first apache mod_ I've seen without a --with-apxs
option or a readme file.
