Okay - what's up with the Knox github builds/tests!?!

Hey Folks -

I am at a bit of a loss on this build issue.
It just stopped passing the tests with all sorts of functional failures
that don't fail locally.

I tried changing the workflow file in various ways and it still fails the
same way.

Any ideas?

It looks like https://github.com/apache/knox/pull/927 has resolved the
issue, though I'm not quite sure how/why.
