I don't know if you are following the list, but the issue is now fixed. 
Juergen added Kirgiz. And I've now granted privileges to you for Kirgiz.

Then you will need to wait that Kirgiz is imported. Please follow this 
issue (it is a separate registration; you need to add yourself to the 
"CC" field of the issue; ask if you need help):

to make experience with Pootle, but beware: that one is an experimental 
project and your changes will be lost.
