[PR] [Studio] Add proxy detail modal [rocketmq-dashboard]
Aias00 opened a new pull request, #590:

## Summary
- replace the Proxy table detail toast with a real detail modal
- show cluster, NameServer cluster, address, status, connections, and gRPC/Remoting ports
- add a page regression test for opening the Proxy detail view
## Validation
- `npm test -- --run src/pages/cluster/__tests__/ClusterPage.test.tsx`
- `npm test`
- `npm run lint` (0 errors, 4 existing fast-refresh warnings)
- `npm run build`
- `git diff --check`

Superseded by #641. Consolidated with related runtime detail modal changes to reduce review overhead while preserving the same scoped fixes and tests.
