In ambari 2.2.2 "Show only my widgets"  check box was not shown for 'read only' user.

But in ambari-2.4.0, cluster user is being shown with this particular checkbox.

Steps to reproduce :
1) Create a cluster user.
2) Login as cluster user.
3) Go to browse widget.
4) Check that "Show only my widgets" is not shown for cluster user.

Since 'read only user' in ambari 2.2.2 corresponds to the cluster user in 2.4.0, even the permissions should remain intact.
