DOM_DocumentType nodes

Hi there,

I have been taking a look at the Xerces C++ api documentation and notice
that it says
that the DOM_DOMImplementation::createDocumentType() method creates an
empty
DOM_DocumentType node. It also says it is expected the DOM will provide a
way of
populating such nodes sometime in the future.

Does anyone know when/if this functionality is likely to be implemented?
