Not able to create temporary table but if remove carbon, drop is success.

1.User creates a temporary table using parquet.
2.User tries to do describe table/User tries to drop table.

[Expected output]: External table should be allowed to be dropped/desc.
[Actual output]: External table is not allowed to be dropped/desc.
