   @lordcheng10 thanks for the contribution. heesung-sohn pointed out that this is effectively a bundle-level isolation policy that deserves a PIP, and the PR stayed marked as work in progress. For one-off moves, the bundle unload API now also accepts a destination broker. We're going through the backlog of open PRs (https://lists.apache.org/thread/cgy7w0qgnq8s7j0ykyzgrn3hj4nb67wf), so I'm closing this one. If you'd still like persistent bundle-to-broker assignments, a PIP on dev@pulsar.apache.org would be the way forward.
